We are dedicated to addressing limited career opportunities for young Africans by equipping them with cross-industry and technical skills that are applicable across multiple job sectors. By gaining expertise that is not restricted to one industry, young Africans become more employable, adaptable, and better prepared for the evolving job market.

 We do this through our flagship programs—Transkill Academy and GlobalNomad Academy—which focus on skills that are valuable across multiple industries. Participants receive training in areas like data analysis, digital marketing, project management, and sales negotiation, enabling them to seamlessly transition between sectors such as finance, healthcare, technology, and e-commerce. This empowers them to seamlessly transition between industries, secure employability, adapt to evolving job markets, and succeed on a global scale.
