Peter Evans

Peter Evans has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1981 as a Field Advisor in Northern Alberta and New England. In 1991, they became an Associate Director of Product Management at Bell Canada. In 1997, they became Director of Research and Marketing at Sympatico Internet. In 1999, they were Chief Marketing Officer at FloNetwork, which was acquired by DoubleClick in 2001. Peter then became Chief Marketing Officer at PlateSpin in 2001. In 2003, they founded Riverdale Partners and became a Board Member at Toronto Venture Group. From 2005 to 2014, they were a Senior Advisor and Founder of Technology Practice at MaRS Discovery District. Finally, in 2014, they became CEO and Co-Founder of ExpertFile, a content marketing solution that has been integrated into over 15,000 newsrooms. ExpertFile has also won the 2021 CODiE Award for "Best Content Marketing Solution" and works with HigherEd Clients such as UC Berkeley Haas, East Anglia Emory, Aston University, Birmingham City University, Hofstra, USC, Villanova, Michigan State, UNC Chapel Hill, Baylor, and Loyola Marymount.

Peter Evans attended Queen's University from 1996 to 1998, where they earned an MBA in Business. Peter then went on to attend the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2006 to 2009, where they completed a Certificate Program in Strategy & Innovation. Peter is currently enrolled at the University of Toronto, studying Cognitive Psychology.
