Andy Gummer has held various software engineering roles since 2015. Andy began their career at IBM Client Innovation Center as a Software Engineer, before moving to Jumbo Supermarkten in 2016, where they developed hybrid software to facilitate the work of Jumbo's 60,000 employees in 600 shops across the country. In 2017, they worked at IBM, Arcadis, and the European Commission, where they developed a platform as one of the key outputs of the €10 million Horizon 2020 project. In 2018, they worked at HR2day and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. as a Software Engineer. In 2021, they began working at expertlead and CarTrawler as a Software Engineer, where they developed the payment summary for their 4,000 travel partners, 2,500 transport suppliers, and almost one billion end-customers, as well as helping to create the new UI Library with React & storybook. Andy also worked at Gigster in 2020 as a Software Engineer.
Andy Gummer has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Open Source Society University, which they are currently pursuing. Andy also holds a Master's Degree in International Business from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Master's Degree in International Business from EAE Business School. Andy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Economics from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Economics from Johan Cruyff University, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
