Anusha K. has over 6 years of work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Anusha started their career in 2015 as a Summer Intern at Prism Cybersoft Private Limited, where they worked on drafting and documenting the User Manual of SOHAM Software and designing a Training Program. In 2016, they joined ABC Consultants as a Junior Recruiter and later as a Senior Recruiter - Tech & Non-Tech. In this role, they worked on both Tech and Non-Tech roles across APAC, Middle-east, and Central Asia, and was involved in finding top talents at all levels, including leadership level hiring. In 2019, Anusha K. joined Day Job as a Tech Recruiter, where they had a good understanding of Europe's tech hiring market and challenges, and was involved in recruiting professionals for a wide range of startups as well as established companies in Europe. In 2021, Anusha K. joined Expertlead as an Inhouse Recruiter - Tech & Product, and later as a Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech & Product.

Anusha K. completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology from Pillai College of Arts, Commerce and Science between 2010 and 2013. Anusha then went on to pursue a PGPM in Human Resources Management and Services from ICFAI Business School from 2014 to 2016. In April 2020, Anusha obtained a Talent Sourcing certification from LinkedIn.
