Iryna Teroshyna

Iryna Teroshyna has a wealth of work experience. Iryna began their career in 2016 as a Human Resources Assistant at Piraeus Bank ICB. In 2018, they joined IBM as an Incident/Major Incident Manager and also began working at Cyclad as an IT Recruitment Assistant and Junior Recruitment Specialist. In 2019, they joined ProData Consult as an Account Manager and Resource Consultant. Here, they were responsible for sourcing potential candidates, writing and posting technical job descriptions, crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails, candidate screening and support, negotiating employment conditions, building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates, and analyzing local and foreign IT markets. Currently, they work at Expertlead as a Senior Talent Manager.

Iryna Teroshyna completed a Master's degree in Psychology from the National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov' in Kyiv from 2010 to 2015. Iryna then completed a Master's degree in HR and Payroll (Kadry i Płace) from the University of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice from 2016 to 2018.
