Jessica Klinger

Jessica Klinger has worked for seven companies since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a student assistant and tutor for statistics at the Technische Universität Dresden. In 2013, they completed a hospitalization at ZDF in the main department of program planning and media research, where their main tasks included quantitative special analyses, daily reports, independent research for program analyses, and a day internship in the Logo!-Redaktion. In 2015 and 2016, they worked as a student assistant at dimap - das Institut für Markt- und Politikforschung and COMATCH, respectively. In 2016, they worked at expertlead as a Senior Community Manager, where they were responsible for team lead with personnel responsibility, community management/freelancer management, management of customer projects, management of the "Fullstack Developer" department, selection and evaluation of the expert pool, interviewing and accompanying freelancers through the quality assurance process including onboarding, and talent acquisition and direct search. Finally, since 2023, they have been working as a self-employed person at hr-Elitetraining, helping clients maximize their profits and save money by binding their employees to the company long-term and motivating them to deliver peak performance.

Jessica Klinger completed a Bachelor's degree in Medienforschung, Medienpraxis from Technische Universität Dresden in 2014. During their time at Technische Universität Dresden, they also completed a Begleitstudium in Regionalstudien Greater China from 2011 to 2014. In 2012, they attended the Summer School at the Beijing Institute of Technology for Sprach-, Landes- und Kulturkundeunterricht Greater China. In 2014, they completed a Master in Medien und politische Kommunikation from Freie Universität Berlin.
