Dave Moppert

Dave Moppert has extensive experience in video production and creative directing. Dave started their career as a Video Production Specialist at Letter23 Creative in 2006, where they produced original video content and managed video shoots, post-production editing, and motion graphics design. In 2010, they founded Epic Genius Media and served as the Founder and Creative Director, consulting with clients and developing impactful marketing strategies. Dave also worked on various film projects as a 1st Assistant Director, completing pre-production planning and coordinating with production teams and directors. In 2015, Dave joined ExpertVoice as a Video Production Manager, overseeing video campaigns and collaborating with clients on project specifications. Dave later founded Shadow Avenue in 2019, where they currently serve as the Founder and Creative Director, managing day-to-day business operations and proposing creative solutions for clients. Prior to their current roles, Dave was a Partner and Creative Director at Catapult Impact from 2012 to 2015, and they also worked on films such as "The Strongest Man" and "The Letter Writer" in various assistant director roles.

Dave Moppert completed their high school education at Newport High School from 1996 to 2000, earning a High School Diploma. Dave then pursued an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Multimedia Design at Lane Community College, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they attended the University of Utah from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in the Film Studies Program. Apart from their formal education, Dave has also earned a certification in ExpertVoice Advocacy Marketing Best Practices, although specific details regarding the date of completion are unavailable.
