Erin Kropp is currently the National Director of Operations at One Real Title, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, Erin served in various capacities at Fidelity National Agency Solutions from 2011 to 2021, including Team Lead, Production Supervisor, and AVP roles. Erin also worked as a Lending Assistant at PlainsCapital Bank from 2004 to 2008, and as a Lobby Manager at Vista Bank from 2008 to 2010. Erin is currently pursuing education at Collin College.
