Code Cubitt is the Managing Director at Mistral, a venture capital firm in Canada that focuses on early-stage Enterprise Software companies leveraging AI and Cloud infrastructure. Previously, Code served as COO at Zephyr Technology, which was acquired by Covidien in 2014, and held various roles including Director at Motorola Ventures and Principal at Gabriel Venture Partners. Code began their career as an electrical engineer at IBM, specializing in high-frequency circuit design, and has accumulated extensive experience in investment and technology across multiple organizations. Code holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, along with an ICD.D from the University of Toronto.
