Jose Benitez is a Program Manager at EXP – The Opportunity Engine, where they advocate for Career & Technical Education (CTE) and facilitate connections between students and industry leaders. Currently pursuing an MBA at UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business, Jose also serves as the Student Cohort Representative, Director of Student Affairs at ALPFA, a Board Member at SYYT, and a TELACU Fellow. With a strong background in program management, workforce development, and education, they focus on building collaborations that empower the next generation. Their previous roles include serving as a Campus Officer at Sage Hill School and an Associate Banker at BMO, showcasing a commitment to education and community impact.
