Marja Eijkman

Marja Eijkman is an experienced (supervisory) board member with a strong background in technical business management and a focus on driving the professionalization and growth of organizations, particularly in complex and dynamic sectors such as manufacturing and energy. Marja has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at TNO and Vice President of Aerospace Operations at NLR, and currently serves as Algemeen Directeur a.i. at Poly Products BV and as a member of the Supervisory Board for several organizations. Their educational background includes a Master's in Aerospace Engineering from TU Delft and a degree in Business Administration from Open Universiteit, complemented by a recent course in Governance Essentials.
