Alex Hagan

Alex Hagan is the founder and CEO of Explainly, a platform that creates engaging, animated explainer videos. Prior to starting Explainly, Alex was the CEO of ReviewPoint, a software company that developed a SaaS product for businesses to collect and manage customer reviews. Before that, they were the head of DriveSavers Data Recovery, a data recovery company specializing in retrieving data from damaged storage devices.

Alex has also worked as a shadow at General Catalyst Partners, a venture capital firm, and as a talent and marketing intern at Live Nation Entertainment. Alex has a degree in economics from Harvard University.

Alex Hagan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of San Francisco School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
