Daniel Smith

Daniel Smith, CQP MCQI, currently serves as the Director of Quality & Process at Expleo Group, overseeing the Quality organization and management systems across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, South Africa, Nordics, and Italy since January 2011. Daniel is responsible for maintaining certifications, implementing continual improvement processes, and coordinating information security management activities within the region. With a strong background in quality management systems, compliance, and process improvement, Daniel has held various leadership roles, including Head of Quality and Process & Compliance Manager. Prior experience includes significant positions in service management and ITIL processes at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc and Hewlett-Packard. Daniel holds a BEng (Hons) in Robotics and Automated Systems Engineering from the University of Plymouth and possesses multiple certifications in Agile and testing methodologies.
