Tomas Schweigert is the CEO of Tomschconsulting since October 2024 and has been a Senior Principal Consultant at Expleo Group since July 1991, following the transition from SQS Software Quality Systems, where Tomas held the same title. With extensive experience in project leadership and expertise in assessment and level change projects, Tomas has also contributed to the EuroSPI Conferences as a Program Committee Member and speaker from 2009 to 2020, as well as the SPICE conferences from 2009 to 2017. Additionally, Tomas coordinated the development of the SPI Manager Qualification for JRC from 2007 to 2017 and worked as a Rechtsanwalt in various law firms from 1988 to 1989. Tomas holds degrees in law from the University of Cologne, having studied from 1977 to 1985.
