Najib Taha currently serves as the Head of Mechanical Design at Expliseat since July 2024. Prior to this role, Najib Taha was the Responsable services ingénierie at RIBER from November 2022 to July 2024, overseeing mechanical and electrical engineering teams as well as industrialization efforts. From March 2017 to November 2022, Najib Taha held the position of Components Development Leader at CLAAS, focusing on the development of agricultural machinery components while ensuring project quality, cost, and delivery objectives were met. At SEMIKRON, from August 2012 to February 2017, Najib Taha managed the mechanical design office and led projects from concept to production, including risk analysis and validation planning. Najib Taha's academic background includes a Master 2 in Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering from Université de Rennes I, completed in 2012.
