Tim Grossmann

Tim Grossmann has had an extensive work experience since 2014. Tim began as an Intern at Elsner Elektronik in 2014, where they worked on building automation and won the SmartHome Deutschland Award in 2016. In 2016, they founded InstaPy, a popular Instagram Bot. In 2017, they worked as a Security Consultant and Developer Advocate for Bosch Engineering GmbH. Tim also worked as a Backend Engineer and Data Engineering for the same company. In 2018, they were a Contractor - Technical Writer for Packt and Contractor - Technical Interviewing for Pramp. In 2020, they were a Software Engineer at Cap3 GmbH and founded The School of Automation. Currently, they are the Founder & CEO of Explo, a company that satisfies Gen-Zs urge to explore by inspiring them with the best personalised recommendations for authentic local experiences through an engaging short-video format.

Tim Grossmann has a diverse educational background. Tim obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Medieninformatik from Stuttgart Media University between 2015 and 2020. Tim also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Interactive Animation from SAE Stuttgart between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Fachhochschulreife Multimedia from Akademie für Kommunikation Pforzheim between 2010 and 2012. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: a Bachelor of Science (Media Informatics) from Stuttgart Media University in September 2020 and a Bachelor of Arts (Interactive Animation) from Middlesex University.
