Jim Ransier

Jim Ransier has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Jim most recently worked at Exploding Kittens, Inc. as a Strategy & Business Operations Consultant starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Rad Power Bikes as the Director of Ecommerce & Sr. Revenue Business Manager from 2021 to 2022, where they demonstrated their ability to create structure and provide data-driven solutions to business challenges.

From 2018 to 2021, Jim held the position of Director of Client Delivery at Logicbroker, where they were responsible for managing client projects and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Jim also played a key role in the strategic design and implementation of the client implementation process, contributing to the company's 3X growth.

Before that, Jim was the Director of Operations (Drop Ship) & Client Services at Zebit from 2015 to 2017, where they successfully onboarded and managed B2B clients and product vendors, leading to a significant increase in order growth.

Jim's earlier experience includes working at zulily from 2010 to 2014, where they held the roles of Operations Manager - Studio & Services and Contact Center Manager. In these roles, they played a vital role in driving business growth, promoting excellence in operations, and improving the customer experience.
