Aaron Mach

Aaron Mach, MPA, MA, is an accomplished professional specializing in explosive risk management and regulatory compliance. As Managing Partner at ExploDynamics since February 2024, Aaron oversees consulting services for businesses in the explosive industry. With extensive military experience in the US Army since November 2002, Aaron has held multiple leadership positions, including EOD Battalion Commander and Commander of US Forces Afghanistan EOD operations. Notable roles include advising on EOD operations globally as a Technical Advisor for Bomb Techs Without Borders and serving as a Digital Transformation Advisor for NORAD & US Northern Command. Aaron holds multiple degrees, including a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Master of Arts in Homeland Security, and has additional certifications from Harvard Business School and UC Berkeley.
