Barbara Baldini is the Commercial Director for Italy at Explora Journeys, a role they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as the Product Manager for European markets with the Globus family of brands from 2021 to 2025, and they have experience as an Operations Manager with Avalon Waterways. Barbara earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences and International Relations, as well as Law, from the Università degli Studi di Milano, where they studied from 2004 to 2009.
