Mithum Singh currently serves as the Global Head of Explora Experience Centres at Explora Journeys since October 2025. Prior to this role, Mithum held the position of Chief Services Officer at CCI South Africa from June 2021 to October 2025, where strategic leadership and operational oversight were provided for the Operational Shared Services division across various African markets. Mithum’s earlier experience includes serving as Executive of Transitions and Optimisation at Merchants from January 2012 to June 2021, where complex transition projects and optimisation interventions were managed, and in various leadership roles including General Manager, focusing on operational support, workforce management, and planning. Mithum started the career at Absa Group as Head of WFM and Resource Planning, bringing extensive expertise in business management obtained through an Advanced Diploma from the University of Johannesburg.
