Vanja V. has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. They started their career in 2005 at Silversea Cruises, where they held multiple positions including Sommelier, Head Sommelier, Hotel Stores Manager/F&B Controller, F&B Manager, and Operations Manager (F&B - Special projects/New Build). In 2018, they joined Grand PR as a Manager of Logistics & Supply Chain. They then moved on to The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in 2020, where they worked as a Procurement Manager. In 2022, they joined Wärtsilä Voyage as a Project Buyer, before transitioning to their current role as a Strategic Sourcing Expert at Explora Journeys in 2023.

Vanja V. pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Univerza v Mariboru. The exact start and end dates for this degree are unknown. Following their undergraduate studies, Vanja V. went on to pursue a Master's degree in Logistics Management at the University of International Business and Economics from 2019 to 2020.
