Maria Arone is an executive coach and strategic HR leader with extensive experience in leadership development and talent management. They have held various HR management roles, notably at Richard C. Breeden & Company and Paloma Partners Management Company, where they transformed HR into a strategic advisory function and oversaw comprehensive employee experience initiatives. Currently, Maria serves as the Chief of Staff at Explorabout and is the founder of The MJA Group, specializing in executive coaching.
