Joanne Wilson has extensive experience in operations and customer service within the logistics and transport industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Explorate since September 2020, Joanne previously held the position of Customer Service Specialist at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics from February 2017 to September 2020. Prior to that, Joanne worked at UTi Worldwide Inc. for over 16 years, where roles included Quality Process Manager and Forwarding Manager.
