Joe Pifer

Joe Pifer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joe has worked as a Manager of Field Operations at explore.org since August 2018, where they focus on documenting leaders around the world who are dedicated to extraordinary causes. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they served as a Business Development Manager at HDOnTap, where they were responsible for sales, project management, and business development. In this role, Joe implemented CRM Hubspot to track and manage the sales pipeline and generated product documentation. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Technical Project Manager at I2B Networks, where they helped companies enhance their customer experience through technical services and products. Joe's early career includes a role as a Technical Project Coordinator at Technisource where they partnered with the Sales team to provide technology solutions and exceptional customer experiences.

Joe Pifer attended the Computer Learning Network from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a certification in Microsystems Technologies. In addition to their formal education, Joe also obtained several additional certifications. Joe became an Axis Certified Professional in February 2016, received the CompTIA Network+ certification in November 2005, obtained the CompTIA A+ certification in December 2004, and achieved the Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2015.
