Joellen Patterson

Joellen Patterson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joellen started their career in 2003 as a Neuromuscular & Massage Therapist, maintaining a private massage practice and providing contract assignments. Joellen also engaged in public education about muscle care through seated chair massage events and taught martial arts and senior exercise classes.

In 2004, Joellen worked as a PT Medical Terminology Instructor at Rising Spirit Institute. Joellen then joined Atlanta CAD Services, Inc. in 2006 as an Assistant Sales Coordinator, where they provided sales and marketing support and coordinated event planning and training classes.

From 2008 to 2012, Joellen worked at Enhancing Health, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant, producing and editing educational materials, handling front desk receptionist functions, and providing neuromuscular and chair massage services.

In 2011, Joellen took on the role of Office Coordinator at SportsCare Physical Therapy & Enhancing Health Inc., where they assisted therapists in patient care, scheduled appointments, and handled customer inquiries.

Joellen worked at The Weston Group Inc. from 2012 to 2015 as a Rehabilitation Aide, assisting therapists in resident care, submitting patient information for insurance, and ordering equipment.

At Explore, Joellen volunteered as a Camera Operator in 2014, utilizing webcams for live feeds and editing and posting still images. Joellen also moderated chat rooms and communicated with viewers. Joellen continued their involvement with Explore.org in 2018, taking on the roles of Scheduling Coordinator and Camera Operations Admin.

Since 2014, Joellen has been involved with New Earth, where they served as a Nature Webcam Operator and Assistant to Program Operations. Their responsibilities included operating webcams, coordinating volunteer schedules, and assisting in program coordination.

Overall, Joellen Patterson has demonstrated extensive experience in camera operations, scheduling coordination, program operations, rehabilitation aide, administrative support, sales coordination, and massage therapy.

Joellen Patterson completed their high school education at North Gwinnett High School from 1984 to 1986. Joellen pursued a college preparatory program during this time. In 2013, they enrolled at Westwood College-Northlake to complete an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, which they finished in 2014. Additionally, in December 2003, Joellen obtained a certification as a Neuromuscular Therapist from Rising Spirit Institute.
