Sourabh Asawa

Sourabh Asawa is the CEO and Founder of ExploreBit. Prior to ExploreBit, Sourabh was a Project Lead at a leading KPO from September 2010 to January 2014. There, they managed projects that included the deployment, streamlining, and stabilizing of processes, as well as continuous performance of activities such as training and development, performance appraisals of resources, and client management. Sourabh also looked after critical pilot projects to keep up the project pipeline.

Before their time at the KPO, Sourabh was a Market Analyst at a leading aerospace company from June 2010 to August 2010. There, they applied business analytics to assist the management in decision making and provided an analytical aspect to the customer support team for Aerospace Division - which included process improvements, analyzing sales and intake data, and preparing periodical reports.

Sourabh began their career as an Analyst at a consulting company from July 2007 to September 2008. Sourabh then moved up to Sr. Analyst at the same company from June 2009 to June 2010.

Sourabh Asawa has a MBA in Finance from FMS Udaipur, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, and has completed Higher School in Commerce from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
