Cynthia Bolton

Cynthia Bolton currently serves as Area Director at ExploreLearning, where the focus is on providing innovative mathematics and science applications for schools and districts. With extensive experience in gifted education, Cynthia previously worked at Qatar Foundation as Manager of Learning Enrichment and Head of Gifted Education Programs, where a pioneering program for gifted students was developed. At the International School of Stuttgart, Cynthia held the roles of High Abilities Coordinator and Teacher, leading inclusion efforts and school-wide assessments. As an instructor for the Gifted Education Masters Program at Arizona State University, Cynthia provided online courses focused on creativity and assessment in gifted education. Earlier roles include Coordinator for Gifted Education at Paradise Valley Unified School District, where program establishment and curriculum committee leadership were key responsibilities. Cynthia holds a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Gifted Education from Arizona State University.
