Frederick “Will” Herbst IV

Frederick “Will” Herbst IV is a skilled account executive with experience in client relations and business development. Currently serving as an Account Executive at ExploreLearning since November 2022, Will has previously held roles at CapCenter as a Client Relations Specialist and Business Development Associate from November 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Will worked as an Inside Sales Representative at United Rentals from March 2019 to November 2020, and gained experience in the hospitality industry at Baker's Crust and Outback Steakhouse as a Server/Caterer and Server, respectively. Will's career began with marketing and communications internships at Collared Greens Inc., including the role of Integrated Marketing and Communications Specialist. Will earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University, completing studies from 2014 to 2019, and is a graduate of Mountain View High School.
