Heather Munzner is a skilled professional with a strong background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Technical Support Administrator II at ExploreLearning since August 2020, Heather has previously held the position of Technical Support Administrator within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Front Desk Clerk at Massanutten Resort from June 2015 to April 2019 and as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Fire & Life Safety America from September 2013 to June 2015. Heather holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center and is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Accounting at Blue Ridge Community College.
