Jen Shanks

Jen Shanks is a seasoned software engineer and Salesforce developer with extensive experience in various roles throughout their career. At ExploreLearning since December 2017, Jen has contributed as both a software engineer and a Salesforce.com administrator. Previous positions include office assistant at Sexton and Associates, where Jen organized tax documents, and office manager at KMS Photography, where responsibilities included managing photo fulfillment for schools and developing a website for online orders. Jen's foundational experience includes serving as a senior software engineer at National Optronics, where innovations in firmware development and user interface design yielded significant cost savings and patented technologies. Jen began professional training at Virginia Tech, earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from 1989 to 1993.
