Joe Seib is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in operations and finance. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations & Finance at Omni since October 2025, Joe previously held key positions at The Rounds, including VP of Business Operations and Head of Business Intelligence from July 2022 to June 2025. Prior experience includes working at Walmart as a Strategy Manager for Analytics in the InHome Delivery division, and at Amazon as a Senior Financial Analyst Intern. Joe’s career began at The Edgewater Funds, where various roles encompassed Investment Analyst and Senior Financial Accountant positions, and earlier experience includes work at EY as a Senior Associate and Associate. Joe holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a degree from the University of Notre Dame.
