Jonathan Griffiths

Jonathan Griffiths is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as VP of Marketing at Omni since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions at Rippling from January 2018 to February 2023, including Senior Director of Growth Marketing & Operations, Director of Growth Marketing & Operations, and Growth & Operations. Previous experience includes a managerial role in demand generation and marketing operations at McAfee, as well as marketing operations management at The Jackson Laboratory and a marketing manager position at Penn National Gaming. Jonathan began the career at Cashman Communications, now known as Sutherland Weston, as Associate Director. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a concentration in Marketing from the New England School of Communications.
