Nancy Chacko

Nancy Chacko is a dedicated software engineering leader with extensive experience in building and guiding high-performance technical organizations. Currently serving as Lead SDET at Omni, they have previously held significant roles including Team Lead for Quality Assurance at HealthRhythms, where they established best practices that substantially reduced production issues. Nancy has also contributed to major companies such as Netflix and Boomi, where they focused on enhancing testing practices and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. They hold a combined BS/MS degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
