Michael Lax

Michael Lax has been working in the photography industry since 2009, when they started their own business, Michael Lax Photography. As a freelance photographer, they specialize in automotive, travel and lifestyle photography. In 2017, they co-founded Explorest, an app that provides the smartest way to discover and photograph the world's most beautiful locations. As part of their role, they are responsible for business development and community building.

Michael Lax attended Michigan State University from 2006 to 2008, and then attended the College for Creative Studies from 2008 to 2011, where they studied Photography.
