Jill Hammergren serves as the Executive Director for Rock Steady Boxing, Inc., where the focus is on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with Parkinson's Disease through a non-contact boxing program. As a freelance columnist for BioNews, Jill writes about the challenges and experiences of being a care partner to a husband diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. With extensive experience in media and marketing, Jill also leads projects as a Creative & Visual Storyteller at The Media Pro and is the creator and executive producer of the EAT, SKI, LIVE TV Series. Additional roles include media strategist for Special Olympics International, PR consultant for various clients, and former producer for CBS Corporation. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and certification as a Social Media Strategist.
