Jotham Brown

Jotham Brown possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in management roles. Jotham served as the General Manager of Outlets at Omaha Marriott Downtown in the Capitol District from March 2018 to March 2020 and held the position of General Manager at FoodFirst Global Restaurants for a brief period in early 2020. Prior to these roles, Jotham was a Service Manager at Flemings Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar from May 2015 to August 2016. Jotham then advanced to General Manager positions at Sullivan's Steakhouse from July 2020 to July 2022 and currently serves as General Manager at ExplorUS since April 2025. Jotham is also certified as a Sommelier through the Guild of Master Sommeliers and as a Bourbon Steward with the Stave & Thief Society.
