Will Pacio has worked in the restaurant industry since 2004. In that year, they began as a Chef de Partie at per se Restaurant, where they were part of the original launch team that earned Michelin 3-star and New York Times 4-star ratings. In 2006, they moved to the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group as Information Technology Manager, where they implemented mission critical software for all corporate and restaurant level departments. In 2008, they founded Spice Kit, changing the way Americans eat Asian food. Finally, in 2015, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Expo, leading a mission-driven team to make restaurant life easier.
Will Pacio obtained a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University from 1998 to 2002. Will then attended the French Culinary Institute from 2003 to 2003, where they earned a Classic Culinary Arts degree in Classical French Cuisine.
