James Ide is a technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development. As Co-founder and CTO of Expo since October 2013, James focuses on creating an open-source platform for building universal native applications across multiple platforms using JavaScript and React. Prior experience includes a role as Software Engineer at Facebook, where James contributed to site performance and product infrastructure, and as a Research Intern at Microsoft Research, developing a domain-specific language and program synthesizer.
