Alon Eldi

Alon Eldi has a diverse work experience in the field of databases and big data. Alon started their career in 1996 at Daemon Systems as an Oracle Developer, working on several big projects and developing applications from scratch. Alon then moved on to become an Oracle Senior DBA and DBA Team Leader, where they analyzed, designed, and established databases for various companies. Alon also performed application, database, and instance tuning, wrote backup and recovery procedures, and supported R&D and field engineer teams.

In 2003, Alon joined Ectel as an Oracle DBA Team Leader, where they took responsibility for the Revenue Assurance Product. Alon'srole included managing a team, designing a very large database, developing a summary and rule engine for the data warehouse, and providing tuning and support for production sites.

Alon later worked at Logic Industries as a DBA Team Leader and at NICE Systems as a DBA Team Leader, leading the DBA group and being responsible for database issues, design, development, delivery, and support in both organizations.

In 2011, Alon became the Owner and Big Data Expert at Sea Data, delivering full database solutions and providing services such as system, data, and big data end-to-end architecture, cloud hosting and consulting, and migrating to cloud services.

Lastly, in 2020, Alon founded Expoint.co and currently serves as the Founder and CEO.

Alon Eldi attended Tel Aviv University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
