Lauren Smart

Lauren Smart is an experienced professional in human capital management and project consulting, currently serving as an Enterprise Solutions Specialist at ExponentHR since October 2014. In this role, Lauren consults with clients to address unique implementation challenges, while previously managing post-sales project coordination. Prior to ExponentHR, Lauren operated a consulting business specializing in business-to-business integrations and project management, and held several roles at Texas Capital Bank and Bank of America, focusing on client management, compliance, and treasury services. Lauren began a career in marketing with VECTA and holds a degree from the University of North Texas.
