Ariel Dowling

Ariel Dowling is a Principal at Exponent, specializing in biomechanics, data science, and digital health. They possess depth of experience in measuring human movement with wearable sensors, with previous roles that included Senior Director at Takeda, where they led the assessment and deployment of digital devices. Ariel earned both a Master's and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and they have contributed to advancements in wearable technology through roles at various organizations, including Vecna Robotics, BioSensics LLC, and Biogen. Currently, they also serve on the Scientific Advisory Board for Luca Healthcare and the Strategic Advisory Board for the Digital Medicine Society.
