Ben Lester

Ben Lester is a Principal Scientist at Exponent where Ben focuses on understanding human failures and errors in the real world. Ben has previous experience as a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, where Ben examined the impact of aging processes on cognitive functions. Ben also has a background in cognitive neuroscience and holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
