Chad Phipps

Chad Phipps is an experienced professional in user experience and human factors, currently serving as a Human Factors Senior Managing Scientist at Exponent. Phipps previously held the position of Sr. User Experience Manager at Meta and Sr. Manager - User Experience at General Dynamics Mission Systems from 2013 to 2022. Their career also includes roles at Motorola, where they served as Sr. Manager - Human Factors, and as Partner at LCP Research. Phipps holds a Ph.D. in Human Factors Psychology from Wichita State University, along with a Master of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Missouri Southern State University.
