Chris Ball

Chris Ball has over 40 years of experience in construction management, estimating, scheduling, project management, delay and cost analysis, expert testimony, and adjudication of construction disputes. Chris currently holds the role of Senior Manager at Exponent since June 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Consultant at Warner Construction Consultants, Inc. from December 2014 to May 2018. Chris also served as Principal, Expert Witness, Construction Delay-Cost Claims Consultant, and Scheduling Consultant at PAR CMS, Inc. from January 1998 to May 2018. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Shelco, LLC from June 1996 to December 1997. Their earlier experience includes various roles at JA Jones Construction Company from June 1980 to June 1996 and at Bjorkman Construction, Smelker Construction, and Verplank Concrete as a college student, form carpenter, concrete finisher, teamster, and concrete truck driver from 1973 to 1979.

From 1974 to 1985, Chris Ball attended Purdue University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a focus on Civil Engineering.
