Dave Wills

Dave Wills has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dave began their career at Anaconda Aluminum Company in 1978 as a Development Engineer, where they worked until 1982. From 1982 to 1985, they joined ARCO Metals as a Sr. Research Metallurgist. Dave then moved to Kaiser Aluminum in 1985 and served as the CONEX Plant Manager until 1988. Finally, they joined Exponent in 1988 as a Senior Managing Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Dave Wills earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1973 to 1978. Dave later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Nova Southeastern University from 1984 to 1985.
