Jared Gillespie is an accomplished user researcher and educator with a focus on user experience design and research strategy. Currently enrolled in a Master of Science program at Thomas Jefferson University, Jared is studying cognitive psychology, usability testing, and agile methodology. As a User Research Adjunct Professor, Jared teaches graduate-level courses on research planning and data storytelling. In professional roles, Jared serves as a User Researcher at Exponent, conducting user testing for an AI home assistant product, and previously worked as a User Experience Researcher for a collaborative project aimed at expanding healthcare services in Southwest Philadelphia. Earlier experience includes serving as a Digital Art and Design Educator, where Jared applied restorative psychology techniques to empower at-risk teens through creative processes. Jared holds a Bachelor's degree in Art and Design Education from Millersville University and maintains a strong academic performance with a 3.94 GPA in the Master's program at Thomas Jefferson University.
