Jon Fryzek

Jon Fryzek is a Principal Epidemiologist and Practice Director at EpidStrategies, where they worked from 2019 to 2024. They held various roles throughout their career, including Principal and Epidemiologist at Exponent, and Visiting Professor at the Department of Clinical Epidemiology and Institute of Clinical Medicine at Aarhus University from 2011 to 2016. Jon has also served as an Adjunct Professor at both Georgetown University and the University of Pittsburgh, and co-founded the EpidStat Institute, directing it from 2012 to 2019. In early 2025, they took on the role of Senior Vice President of Epidemiology at J.S. Held LLC. Additionally, Jon's early career includes significant experience as an Epidemiologist at MedImmune, Amgen, and the International Epidemiology Institute, as well as teaching secondary education with the Peace Corps from 1987 to 1989. They earned a BS in Biology from Creighton University and attended the University of Michigan from 1989 to 1996.
