Maysam Gorji

Maysam Gorji is currently a Battery Mechanical Engineer at Meta, specializing in material forming and computational mechanics. Previously, they served as a Research Scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they focused on plasticity and fracture characterization, as well as machine learning applications in engineering. Maysam has held various roles, including Project Leader at Parax Motors, where they designed an award-winning electric vehicle, and Lead Mechanical Engineer in the RoboCup league, achieving notable competition successes. They earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich and continued their studies at MIT, currently pursuing a Master's degree at Amirkabir University of Technology.
