Michael Brauer

Senior Scientific - Environmental Fate Modeling at Exponent

Michael Brauer has a strong background in environmental fate modeling and has been working in this field since 2010. Michael started their career as an Environmental Specialist at the University Marburg in Germany from 2010 to 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Environmental Fate Modeller at WSC Scientific GmbH. Michael then joined Eurofins Regulatory AG in 2016 as an Environmental Fate Modeller and worked there until 2019. Currently, Michael is working at Exponent as a Senior Scientific in Environmental Fate Modeling, where they are responsible for supporting the registration of chemical products and conducting environmental exposure assessments. Michael also represents the company at conferences and workshops.

Michael Brauer pursued their education in the field of biology/biological sciences. From 2001 to 2007, they attended The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Biologie/biologische Wissenschaften, allgemein. Additionally, in 2006-2007, they completed a Diplomarbeit at MPI Marburg.
