Min Zhang

Min Zhang's work experience started in 2010 as a Research Assistant at The Ohio State University. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Northwestern University, where they had various roles including Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Lab Safety Designate. During this time, they gained expertise in material property characterization and developed novel approaches using techniques such as Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Nanoindentation, and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM).

In 2017, Min Zhang worked as a Graduate Technical Intern at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. They then joined L'Oréal in 2018 as a Sr. Chemist before moving to Exponent in 2019. At Exponent, they started as an Associate and later progressed to the role of Senior Scientist. Currently, Min Zhang holds the position of Managing Scientist at Exponent as of March 2023.

Min Zhang completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, Zhang obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Materials Engineering from The Ohio State University. In the period from 2007 to 2012, Zhang received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Polymer Materials and Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology.
