Min Zhang's work experience started in 2010 as a Research Assistant at The Ohio State University. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Northwestern University, where they had various roles including Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Lab Safety Designate. During this time, they gained expertise in material property characterization and developed novel approaches using techniques such as Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Nanoindentation, and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM).
